Day 504 - more fresh fruit and veggies

Today the Christchurch Fruit & Veggie Co-op packed for 109 households.

Everyone got

• 1/2 pumkin
• 1 celery
• 1 leek
• 1 kg mandarin
• 1kg tomato
• 1kg nectarine
• 5 banana
• pile of broccoli heads

Because of the school holidays some distribution centres are closed so the orders are down but expected to be up next week.

Next week, a new packing shed layout will be trialled to make the process more efficient and easier.
